Maven Securities interview prep: train the exact formats
A prop firm with a fast two-part numerical screen you must clear on both halves, then card-based market-making games built on top of a brainteaser. Every one of those formats has a matching drill here, free, in your browser.
What the Maven Securities process tests
- A mental math test: 50 questions in 5 minutes.
- A sequences test: 30 questions in 6 minutes. You must pass both halves.
- Short probability, numerical patterns and brainteasers on expectation, conditioning and logical inference.
- A video interview on your thinking.
- Technical rounds: a brainteaser that turns into a market-making game around its answer, usually on cards.
Warm up on the real thing
A ready-made training plan
The app's Prep by Firm desk has a Maven Securities card that maps each stage of their process onto the right drill and launches it in one click: the 80-in-8 sprint (overtrains their 50-in-5 pace), a timed number-sequences run (the other half of their screen), a probability study set on expected value, cards, Bayes and classics, the brainteaser desk with an AI examiner, the market-making arena (quote a market around a puzzle's answer), and a full timed interview simulation. Your best scores are tracked per format so you can see where the bar still is.
